Shipping, Return and Refund Policy
At Neon Talk we always struggle to make you as a customer 110% satisfied with your item. Therefor we are total transparent with our policy so you exactly know what to expect from us.
Estimated shipping delivery times
Ships out from U.S. warehouse within 1-3 days.
Standard Free Shipping: 3-8 days
Expedited Shipping. 2-5 days.
Standard Free Shipping: 7-15 days
Expedited Shipping. 5-10 days.
Not all over-print-clothing:
USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
World: 10-20 business days
Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.
All Over Prints
These are made to order. Please know that there is a average 14 day crafting period. (max 20 days)
All US orders will be shipped using either Fedex or USPS priority mail. A tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided when placing the order. Normal shipping times for US orders are around 2-3 business days after the item is sent unless you paid for faster delivery.
International shipping cost is calculated by product weight and shipping address. A tracking number will be provided, but once the item is outside of the US, it will not be tracked. Please allow 7-14 business days for international shipping as each country's system for delivering packages is different.
Payment of customs fees or duties is your responsibility, and is due at the time of delivery. For more information on customs or duty fees, please contact your local customs office.
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Order never arrived:
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org noting your order number.
We'll see what can be done.
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week and we solve this for you.
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.
If you'd like a different size, get in touch with us at email@example.com and we'll let you know what your next steps are.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Mail firstname.lastname@example.org for return adress information (note, this is not the same address as the item is sent from).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
